By using Verifly services, you agree to these terms of service.

2. Service Description

Verifly provides the following verification methods:

  • SMS Verification: Verification via text message.
  • WhatsApp Verification: Verification via WhatsApp.
  • Voice Call: Automated voice verification.
  • Email Verification: Verification via email.

3. Account Creation and Usage

  • You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into contracts.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and current.
  • You must keep your password confidential.
  • Each user may only create one account.
  • You may not share your account with third parties.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • You are charged only for successful verifications.
  • Prices: SMS ($0.60), WhatsApp ($0.85), Voice Call ($1.20), Email ($0.15).
  • Balance system - prepaid loading.
  • No minimum loading amount.
  • Prices may change with prior notice.
  • Balance refunds can be requested within 30 days.

5. Usage Rules and Restrictions

Permitted use:

  • User registration and login verification.
  • Transaction confirmation (payments, transfers, etc.).
  • Account security (password reset, security alerts).

Prohibited use:

  • Spam or unsolicited messaging.
  • Fraudulent or misleading content.
  • Illegal activities.
  • Compromising system security.
  • Exceeding or abusing API limits.
  • Reverse engineering the service.

6. API Usage

  • API Key and Secret Key are provided for each application.
  • You must keep your API keys secure.
  • Rate limit: Maximum 100 requests per minute.
  • Account may be suspended for abuse.

7. Service Quality and Warranty

  • We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it.
  • Prior notice is given for scheduled maintenance.
  • SMS/WhatsApp delivery depends on carrier networks.
  • Service may be limited in some countries and carriers.

8. Data and Privacy

Your data is processed under our Privacy Policy. Specifically:

  • Verification logs are kept for 6 months.
  • Phone numbers and emails are displayed masked.
  • Your data is not sold to third parties.
  • We comply with GDPR and data protection laws.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

Your account may be suspended or terminated for:

  • Violation of terms of service.
  • Illegal activities.
  • Spam or abuse.
  • Payment issues.

In case of account termination, remaining balance will be refunded within 30 days.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Verifly is not liable for indirect damages.
  • Maximum liability is limited to your total payments in the last 3 months.
  • We are not responsible for carrier network issues.
  • We are not responsible for third-party service outages.

11. Intellectual Property

  • Verifly logo, design, and software belong to SOCIFLY SOFTWARE LTD..
  • API documentation is protected by copyright.
  • Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

12. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. For significant changes:

  • Email notification will be sent.
  • Changes take effect after 30 days.
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

  • TRNC laws apply.
  • Disputes are under the jurisdiction of Famagusta courts.
  • Amicable resolution is sought first.
